Refund Policy – Atha Textile

At Atha Textile (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to deliver high-quality apparel manufacturing services. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds, returns, and order cancellations for all clients.
1. Order Cancellations
Clients may request an order cancellation before production begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Important: Any pre-production procurement of fabrics, trims, or materials will be charged upfront and is non-refundable. Refunds for canceled orders (excluding procurement costs) are processed within 7–10 business days.
Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted, depending on the stage of manufacturing. Partial order cancellations may be accepted before production, with refunds calculated based on completed work and procured materials.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
All garments are carefully inspected before shipping. If your order arrives with defects or damages, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery:
- Provide photos of defective items
- Include order number and details
We will review the claim and offer replacement, repair, or refund based on the issue.
3. Returns
Due to the nature of custom apparel manufacturing, we generally do not accept returns unless:
- The product is defective or damaged
- There was a verified manufacturing error
All return requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Custom or finalized garments are non-refundable unless defective.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered if only part of the order is defective or damaged. Refund amounts are determined based on the quantity affected and severity of the issue.
5. International Shipping Refunds
For international orders, shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect. Clients are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
6. Refund Process
- Once a refund is approved, it is processed via the original payment method or another agreed method
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider
- Clients receive confirmation once the refund is complete
