Final pricing may vary after sample development or specification adjustments.
4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Atha Textile may apply minimum order quantity requirements depending on the product type, fabric availability, and level of customization. MOQ details will be communicated during the quotation or sampling stage.
5. Sampling Process
Samples may be required before bulk production. Sample costs, development timelines, and revisions will be communicated prior to production.
Approval of samples by the client confirms acceptance of product specifications for bulk manufacturing.
6. Production Timeline
Production begins only after:
- Final sample approval (if applicable)
- Confirmation of order details
- Agreement on pricing and timelines
Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, production capacity, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate designs and technical specifications
- Ensuring ownership or authorization of submitted designs and trademarks
- Reviewing and approving samples before production
Atha Textile is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
8. Manufacturing Tolerance
Due to the nature of textile production, slight variations in color shades, fabric texture, measurements, stitching, or finishing may occur. Such variations are considered normal industry tolerance and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and designs submitted by clients remain the property of their respective owners.
By submitting designs, clients confirm they have legal rights to use and manufacture those designs. Atha Textile is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from client submissions.
10. Confidentiality
Atha Textile respects the confidentiality of client designs, product specifications, and business information. Any materials shared with us for manufacturing purposes will be treated as confidential and used solely for product development and production.
11. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon individually for each project. Production may require advance payment or deposits before manufacturing begins.
Failure to complete agreed payments may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of production.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics providers, customs procedures, and destination country regulations.
Atha Textile is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or external logistics factors beyond our control.
13. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of manufacturing services:
